Standard Business Checking Account

This checking account provides you with the most flexibility. There are no minimum balances to maintain and no limits on the amount of checks or withdrawals you can make monthly. You also will receive a monthly earnings credit towards the monthly service charge based on the average balance of the account for the month. Includes free Online Banking and Bill Pay.

Small Business Checking Account

This is an ideal account for businesses that do not plan on writing more than fifty checks during the month. You are allowed fifty checks or withdrawals per month, after which there is a $.15 charge per check or withdrawal. To avoid the monthly service charge you must maintain a minimum average monthly balance of $1,500.00. Includes free Online Banking and Bill Pay.

Business Money Market Checking Account

This account allows you to earn interest on your balance, providing that you maintain a $10,000.00 average balance in the account for the month. You are allowed to make up to six external transfers from your account every four week period. Includes free Online Banking and Bill Pay.

Business Savings Account

This account is for businesses that would like somewhere to place unneeded funds to earn interest, but do not want to worry about large account minimums. You may make up to six transfers without penalty from the account every four week period. Includes free Online Banking.

* For the Standard Business Checking Account, there is a monthly service charge of $6.00 plus $.25 for each deposit, $.035 for checks on Bonneville Bank, $.04 for local checks and $.065 for non-local checks included in the deposit. All withdrawals are charged at $.12. FDIC insurance is $.000654 per $100.00. All Standard Business Checking accounts receive an earnings credit that will be applied towards the monthly service charge. For Small Business Checking, there is a $.15 for each withdrawal or check written over 50 each month. For Business Savings, there is a fee of $1.00 per withdrawal over six per month, however, withdrawals or transfers made in person, by messenger, by mail or at an ATM are unlimited.

Maintenance or activity fees could reduce the earnings on the account.

* Bonneville Business Savings Accounts currently offer an Annual Percentage Yield of 0.10% on all balances. The Annual Percentage Yield may change every week, however the Annual Percentage Yield will never increase or decrease by more than 1.00% at a time. Interest begins to accrue on the business day of deposit. Interest is compounded quarterly and credited to the account quarterly.

** There is an overdraft charge of $25.00 for each occurrence up to three per day. In addition, there is a cost per day on the overdraft balance as follows:

Overdraft check and electronic transactions other than ATM or one-time point-of-sale transactions are paid on a case-by-case basis after a review of the account relationship history and the frequency of deposits made to the account. For these overdraft items to be paid, there also must be no outstanding legal orders, liens or levies on the account.

To comply with Regulation GG: The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, your Bonneville Bank Business Checking account may not be used in connection with any business of placing, receiving, or otherwise knowingly transmitting bets or wagers by any means which involves the use, at least in part, of the Internet, or for any other transaction which is prohibited by Federal Reserve Regulation GG.
